Refund Eligibility :
We give 7 – 30 days time for Refunds for most of our products however for some there may be less than 30 days or sometime No-refund for certain products only. Please Read the Refund Notice before you place the Order.
Refunds will be considered accompanied by a valid and valuable reason and must be informed within 30 Days of Placing the Order.
Our Refund Policy is in accordance with our Suppliers following are the of various Suppliers :
7 Days : Must be returned within 7 working days, Please check the return policy before you place the order. This as per the Manufacturer / Suppliers return policy.
14 days : Must be returned within 14 working days, Please check the return policy before you place the order. This as per the Manufacturer / Suppliers return policy
30 days : Must be returned within 30 working days, Please check the return policy before you place the order. This as per the Manufacturer / Suppliers return policy.
No Refund : Some product are Non-refundable as per Manufacturers / Suppliers do not offer Refund. Please check before placing your order.
Non-Refundable Services :
In some cases, we do not offer refunds due to Customers faults we invest in providing our services. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. In some cases we may not offer refund if the product does not fall under Non-refundable products or if the manufactures or the supply agents fails to offer a re-fund.
Brand Hyper reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria specified in this policy.
Loss of Time and Profit :
We value the time and effort put into delivering our services and the associated costs incurred by our company and service providers.
Refunding a purchase results in a loss of time and profit for us. Therefore, refunds are generally not provided unless exceptional circumstances exist
How to Request a Refund :
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of placing the order.
Provide a detailed explanation of the valuable reason for the refund request.
Refund Process :
Upon receiving your refund request, our customer support team will review the provided information.
If the request meets the refund eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
However we may require 14 – 60 Working days buffer time to transfer the amount.
Refunds will typically be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
