- International Orders: Typically delivered within 15–20 business days, though delivery may vary based on the destination and customs processes.
- At checkout, the estimated shipping time to your address will be displayed for each product.
Do I Need to Pay Tax ?
- Depending on your location and local government regulations, you may be required to pay VAT or applicable sales tax. This is determined based on the laws in your shipping country.

How Can I Order a Customized Product ?
- Products that support customization will offer options to upload text and/or image files.
- Please refer to individual product pages to see whether text, image, or both are allowed for customization.
What are File Formats Accepted for Customization?
- Accepted file formats include: SVG, JPEG, JPG, PDF, PNG, AI, CDR, PSD, TIFF.
- Image resolution must be between 300 – 600 DPI for optimal print quality.
- Files will be converted from RGB to CMYK for printing, and a slight color variation (2–4%) may occur during this process.
- Files with a resolution below 300 DPI will not be accepted for printing

- Most standard (non-customized) products are returnable.
- Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.

What Is the Return Window ?
- Return requests must be made within 15 days of purchase.
- Returns are only accepted if there is a valid reason, such as a damaged product or an incorrect item shipped.
Can I Extend the Return Window ?
Returns must be requested within 15 days of purchase. Extensions are not available.
Are International Returns Free ?
- Returns within the US are free.
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
